Our guests can enjoy our nice swimming pool with lifeguard; the swimming pool depth ranges from 1 mt to 2,60 mt. The surrounding area, provided with typical solarium terraces, grants pleasant moments of leisure and relaxation.
Agreement with private beach
Just 600 metres away from the Residence, the seashore of Pietra Ligure offers its tourists beautiful and highly appreciated beaches; these can be reached in a few minutes on foot thanks to a practical shortcut.
Residence Mare Verde’s guests have the opportunitity to take advantage of an agreement
with a private beach nearby (special 10% discount).
Pets allowed
Dogs and all the other pets are welcome at Residence Mare Verde. Not far from the Residence you will also find an equipped beach dedicated to pets (Rin Tin Beach).
Common areas
Guests can enjoy pleasant moments of conversation or reading by sitting under our outdoor portico, well furnished with small armchairs and tables. Here you can also find automatic vending machines providing hot and cold drinks and snacks.
Children can play and have fun in our colorful and warm indoor playroom.
